never picked up the phone never knew when they were finished called multiple times 1:22pm-4:22pm we called and apparently wasn’t finished or we wouldn’t know because they never picked up the phone (20$ extra fee for leaving your dog) ridiculous and unprofessional.

They did an amazing job with our Shih Tzu! Service was amazing!

Absolutely the best groomers in San Antonio. Been going here for over 20 years with my schnauzer and my 2 mini poodles. Fast, friendly and excellent quality.

These ladies always taken care of my Brutus since we first started going. Have gone here for over 3 years and never had a problem. My bfs yorkie has also been getting pampered here for a couple years now too. We love Pet Town and don’t go anywhere else! I do recommend calling wwaaaayyy ahead for an appointment. The lady’s are constantly busy and this place is very high demand. Thankyou for all you do for our fur babies Pet Town!

Worst grooming place ever, every one who worked there just looked at us, we said hello and they responded "What breed is your dog" they murmured we thought they asked. "Golden doodle", we said. They said "they grow to fast". It said only 30 pounds or lower, and our dog was around 20 pounds, at least one of the ladies were nice. The way they hold dogs down looks like a noose. I had a bad feeling and we left.
