I had a great experience with this veterinarian while my dog, Valentina, was sick. He was very kind, patient, and explained everything clearly, which helped ease my worries. Communication was excellent. I emailed an update about how Valentina was feeling, and he took the time to personally call me and discuss her condition with me. The level of care and professionalism truly stood out. I felt supported and confident in the treatment plan provided. I’m very grateful for his help and would highly recommend his services.

i truly wish i could rate 0 STARS!!! beyond unprofessional! My sister and i brought our dog in this morning to put her down. We were already in distress walking in, because we knew what was about to happen. keep in mind, our dog already has a hip displacement, she was 7 pounds and in pain! she is harmless and has never bitten a single soul. The receptionist walked in, said she was getting two shots and walked out. no explanation, no details, no type of information provided AT ALL! we asked about prices, which were given to us on a post it note!! not even a printed document with context! which not to mention, were completely different prices then the ones provided to us a month prior when we realized our girl was progressively getting worse and a decision was to be made as soon as possible. we asked for a SINGULAR print of her paw and were told it was going to be an additional $60?!?! they then proceeded to put a muzzle, again, on a harmless animal, while injecting the pain relief/sleeping medication. the muzzle was the size of baby carrot… unacceptable and not to mention unnecessary! A young boy, maybe early 20s, was assisting the vet during this process. he didn’t even know how to hold our dog. the vet had to correct him not once but twice. we asked if my sister could hold the dog during this process and he said no. within no more than 30 seconds, the vet was already injecting the liquid to put our dog to sleep. the timeline was extremely compressed, leaving us limited opportunity to process what was going on. we didn’t even get to say goodbye or any last words!!!! we had to ask for a blanket to lay her down on the table with. as a vet, you know the profession you’re getting yourself into! to be unsympathetic during a traumatic time is completely unprofessional! i was disgusted in what i was witnessing. the staff itself was cold, unapologetic, dismissive, & inconsiderate! we didn’t even feel comfortable leaving our dog on the table after the entire process was over! as a dog mom and a HUMAN BEING, this is an experience i wish upon NO ONE!!

We’ve been visiting this clinic for years, and every time we feel truly cared for. The team is so kind, compassionate, and attentive, and the doctor Naum Polonskiy is amazing — knowledgeable and gentle with animals. Recently our dog had surgery here, and everything went wonderfully. She’s happy and healthy again, and we’re so grateful to everyone at the clinic for their care and professionalism. It’s clear they truly love what they do and care deeply for every pet that comes through their doors.

Best vet there is. Dr Polonsky is always looking out for the best interest of your pet. I travel all the way from Brooklyn to bring my dogs in because there is nobody like him - thank you so much for all your hard work and dedication and care. Minnie, Barkley and Shiloh are grateful too!!

I cannot thank this vet enough for everything they did for my dog. She had been very sick – not eating, constantly throwing up – and we were terrified. After bringing her in, the doctors quickly figured out that she had digested a large amount of hair and other things that were stuck in her stomach. Within just a few days, they scheduled her surgery and took such amazing care of her. The surgery went smoothly, and the staff kept us updated every step of the way, which gave us so much peace of mind. They treated my dog like she was their own, making sure she was comfortable and monitoring her closely. Thanks to them, she was able to come home after only 1 day, already on the road to recovery. It truly feels like they saved her life, and I will forever be grateful. The compassion, professionalism, and dedication from everyone there made such a scary situation so much easier. Thank you
