I like petco however the one in short pump is better because people are more willing to help you! I was in here 3 times in one day to get stuff and not once it any of the many associates ask if I needed help or anything. Wasn't even acknowledged unless I was at the register checking out. At the shirt pump store people are always so willing to help.

Visited this location because I had a bad experience at the Staples Mill Rd location. This location groomer Shaun was fantastic! My dog was clean and smelled amazing. I'm glad they have good people that enjoy their job. Well worth the money and the travel. A little busy but they took good care of my Coco.
