They are very caring and take great care of our four legged babies. They routinely follow up with phone calls to make sure everything is going well with the treatment or test results. We don't go anywhere else!!

Dr. Jim Burchett, Nisel and the staff are so great! Dental cleaning for my 8 year old Lab went wonderful. They called me during and after surgery to let me know how he was doing. Love Family Pet!! So does Brady! 🐾

I can not thank Family Pet Hospital enough for how they treated me and my dog. My Dog had to have dental surgery and have 16 extractions. He is a huge part of my life and i was concerned and did not want to leave him, They were so accommodating and allowed me to stay with him as much as possible before the procedure! They even called the next day to see how he was doing! This meant the world to me, they truly do treat your animals the way that you would want them treated and they understand they are more than just animals!!

I should have made this review a long time ago. My family has been going to Family Pet for a long time. I can say without a doubt, that the staff goes above and beyond to help clients and their pets. Dr. Kemp does not hesitate even on her day off. They truly care about you and your Pet. I would not trust anyone else with my family.

Very informative about my cats urinary issue and did all the testing that was needed to identify the problem. They gave me the necessary medications and instructions to continue care at home. He is still recovering, but they have been calling to check in on him and to answer any questions I have. He is doing so much better already! Very grateful for them. They most definitely want the best for your pet!
