(from Google)Great park! Will be one of the stops for the Tour de Cookie (ride bike, eat Cookie!) next March 7th. Rotary fund raiser and generally good time!
We went for the dog park and were pleased to find 2 nicely fenced areas where dogs can run off-leash. Fresh water was available but I wish we'd brought a clean bowl.
Best park so far I've been to because the parents really watch their kids and make sure they play well with others. In my experience the Oro Valley parks, have no shade, no trees, and the parents seemed too cooked to care so usually their children are rude and don't play well with others. I just want to explain what I've personally seen, plus there's a library, basketball courts, tennis courts, soccer fields, base ball fields, water park sections... etc. I kinda didn't want to rate it to keep it a secret but it's not fair to parents with good kids.
We as a family really like this park. Also, learn about the historic importance of this area. Kids had a great time in the play area and the spray park. Finally, had a little cookout.
I love this park. I have Ramada you can rent for events with a really nice splash pad that has lights when its darker out, the park is great for the kids and the maintenance is great! Super clean and fun for your family.
