We just had our little dogs hair cut. Ted and Emma. Judy and Sara did the best job. It was awesome. We have been going to Max's since moving to Wesley Chapel. We have never had anything but the best experience. Thank you to all that make the place so special. The customer service at the counter and the groomers. Top notch. My dog has been coming to this Pet Salon for 2+ years. We usually get a bath, nail grinding, blueberry facial and teeth brushing. My dog is always well groomed and comes out of the salon with tail wagging. The team at the Pet Salon seem to genuinely love animals as much as we as owners do. The Salon is always clean and there have been several little things I’ve witnessed over the years that keep me going back. For example, another dog peed and pooped in the center of the Pet Market and one of the team members said it was no big deal and cleaned it right up. Another time, another dog were growling at my dog during the in-take process and a team member quickly put a leash on my dog (my dog had a leash off because he was entering the back area) and separated the two dogs before anything escalated, although my dog is very submissive and non-aggressive, I am glad to know the team knows how to handle these situations. One of the groomers sent me a video of my dog playing with a puppy Lab, which totally made my day (see photo below). Every time we come in, the team knows my dog by name. There are just so many examples like this I could say about Max’s. Clean ✔️ Love your dog like their own ✔️ Dog is always safe ✔️ Dog leaves happy ✔️

The staff here is so nice and my doodle had a great experience! I had a slight schedule shift the day of my appointment and Max's was able to let me come in an hour earlier than originally planned. My dog came in a little anxious for her first groom here but left with her goofy level of excitement that makes me confident she was cared for in a way that kept her happy for the attention rather than scared of the noisy hair dryer. Justine washed and styled her coat in a way that makes my dog's ears look like cute little pigtails and she worked with me to establish a plan for better coat maintenance going forward. Thank you for partnering with me to optimize doggy coat care!

Curious at first mostly because i have never given a dog a spa day with a stranger, on top of my baby being a Pitbull. Both times i have brought Lola to get herself pampered she has came out shining bright white with a big beautiful smile on her face. Her paws always feel so soft afterwards. Nails always clean and well cut. Her spots STAND OUT. Personally loved the service. Thank you again for taking care of Lola. She will definitely be back.

Hands down the best grooming experience I’ve had! Thank you Emily Rose for taking care of my pup Charlie. If I could give more stars I would! Not only a great grooming but she greeted my pup with so much love and made him feel so comfortable. We didn’t have such a good experience at our local PETCO! We will definitely be coming back!
