Poor service—staff are often in the back and never greet or help customers. Prices are good, but I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Kevin Damian Carla are the best team! Make sure I get my coupons & towels when its bubble bath time. Brian the Manager is so kind. The cashiers always gush over my girl, Dayzee May & even spoil her with biscuits sometimes!

Everyone at this location has been terrific except a guy named Kevin today hung up on me. Terrible attitude and said he was too busy to answer my question, then hung up. If a guy is so busy or has such poor customer service skills that he couldn’t help or ask someone else to assist me, he shouldn’t be answering the phone. I was there the day before and spent over $550. This really ticked me off.

Clean and well-stocked, with a particularly wide variety of zero-turn & trailer tires/wheels. Plenty of space in the parking lot, with 4 handicap parking spaces as well as extended-length parking on the W Park Ave side.

I visited the Tinton Falls, NJ store yesterday with a list in hand. Bo )the sales person) was extremely helpful in helping me find some of the items. Most importantly the connection (for my garden hose to connect to a “hose reel) with two female ends. Along with a few other items I was seeking. I also browsed around the store (enjoying some “retail therapy”). Yes, I overspent, but retail therapy was needed. Bo also helped me load up my “haul” - with the few bigger items I purchased onto my vehicle!!! Thank you, Bo😊 I’ll be back and hope to see Bo again! Chair and hose reel in use! My vegetable garden thanks Bo too, as it got much needed watering!
