(from Google)Awesome sub division, but the second you’re outside of the sub division, heavy traffic and people driving erratically entire way getting to highway.
I love coming here to go biking or for a jog/walk. It is clean, peaceful, and a great place to take your family or pets for some outside play time.

What a wonderful amenity area! Long Lake Ranch won the 2015 Tampa Bay's Best Community. I see why and I ❤ selling homes in here. The community is in the epicenter of the Lutz area. When I popped by the amenity center today, there were residents and their families enjoying every amenity... tennis, basketball, playgrounds, running trail, lakes, pools, and the dog park.
Wish I could say it was great, it looked beautiful but this is a community only park. Everything is locked down and there is no access for non-residents, that's fine, but the description didn't say so. Drove out there for nothing.
