(from Google)I requested a menu, but no one came to take my order. I waited for over 20 minutes while a young man and three young women were nearby, talking, laughing, and distracted by their phones.
We had a blast for the first time here. Most hotels their restaurants are like flat and a few flavor. This one was perfect. Our food was delicious. We had a gustazo and we order no more or less than the offer. Sangria with No alcohol was a special request and they did it with so much love and care. Definitely we will visit again. Parking was included only for one car. Taxes and tips were the only thing we paid. Our waitress had so many attention with us. Water was provided. The place was amazing. Oh. And the appetizer was included. Most gustazos don’t include it.
I visited Flor de Caña with my mom since we found a Gustazo for a dinner for two. My expectations were not high since typically, these deals do not offer a variety of options. But I was wrong. For starters, I ordered a Sancocho soup for appetizers. My mom got garlic shrimp with risotto, and I ordered a carbonara pasta. We both got a glass of Chardonnay and shared a brownie with ice cream. My mom was craving a mojito and the waiter recommended Pama, she loved it! Overall, the service, food and wait time were on point. And the gustazo included the entree, glasses of wine, dessert, and free parking with no expiration time. We took advantage and visited the casino across the restaurant for a while. It was a great experience and would visit again 😁
Flor de Caña is fantastic. Breakfast buffet was very plentiful and with a good variety. Dinner was also great. The staff at the restaurant was very nice especially David. He went out of his way to accommodate us during the NBA Finals so we were able to enjoy the game at the pool bar. Another night that the restaurant was packed, Luis Torres took very good care of us outside by the pool and our food was served quick and it was delicious. Overall it was another great experience at Four Points Caguas, our choice every time we travel to PR.
Staff are nice and they got live music (at least when i went on Saturday evening). About the food… they got room for improvement! The skirt steak with mamposteao it’s not worth it. The cocktails were average, nicely presented but nothing special on taste.
