Proceed with caution. The staff here avoided giving me honest information upfront, which led to a costly scramble. Because they weren't forthright about the boarding requirements, I incurred last-minute veterinary bills and had to pay a premium for emergency bookings elsewhere. This could have been avoided with simple honesty.

I don’t know who trained the people at this place, but it definitely wasn’t anyone who likes animals OR humans. Walking in here felt like entering a black hole where customer service goes to die. The staff looked annoyed the second I stepped in, like helping me was some kind of punishment. My pet deserved better. I deserved better. Honestly, the only thing this place is good at is wasting your time. If you care about your animal even a little, do yourself a favor and RUN the other way. This place needs a complete reset from top to bottom. Absolutely embarrassing service.

I recently took my dog to this veterinary clinic for hematoma surgery, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I brought my dog in with the hope of resolving a clear and painful issue — an ear hematoma — which required surgical intervention. The vet assured me that the procedure would be effective and that my dog would be on the path to recovery shortly after. However, after the surgery, not only did the issue remain unresolved, but I also felt that my concerns were not taken seriously during follow-up visits. The hematoma either returned or was never properly drained in the first place, and the treatment plan seemed vague and poorly explained. I kept asking for clarification on what went wrong or what the next steps should be, but the answers I received were dismissive and lacked any clear direction. It felt like they were interested in getting more money off me without even solving the problem the first time. I paid a-lot of money and the issue was not resolved the first time. The lack of proper post-operative care and communication left me extremely frustrated. I ended up seeking a second opinion at another clinic, where I was told that the initial surgery might not have been performed thoroughly or correctly. That vet provided a much clearer explanation of the condition and offered a better long-term plan for treatment and prevention. I do not feel that this clinic met the standard of care I expect from a professional veterinary practice. When you’re dealing with a beloved pet who is in pain, you need a vet who will be honest, thorough, and compassionate — not dismissive and ineffective. I would not recommend this clinic to others based on my experience.

What an awesome place with super caring staff. They made the sad experience of having to put our beloved dog down beautiful. Fantastic and down to earth vet. This is our new vet for all our dogs and cats.

Today I received my dog ashes and I was so surprised and touched by the detailed and the thought that was put into it was very appreciated when I seen the beautiful wood box with a key, paw print, sympathy card and it was packaged beautifully and it was put in a pretty bag it was heart felt. It had a personal touch . Also very affordable as well. Thank you .
