Jan.31.2026 Thank you for your reply. However, I need to clarify that my concern was never about communication — it was about the physical condition in which my dog was returned to me. That is not a matter of perception, timing, or misunderstandings. It is a matter of what was visibly and undeniably present. Yes, I chose to block communication at that moment. That was not to avoid resolution, but to protect myself emotionally while processing what had happened. When trust is shaken, stepping back is sometimes necessary. That decision does not change the facts of the situation. Being a loyal client for nearly two years is exactly why this situation was so disappointing. Trust is built over time, but it can be broken in a single appointment. My responsibility is to advocate for my pet’s wellbeing, and that is what I did. I do not engage in public disputes, and this will be my final comment on the matter. I wish you the best moving forward, but I will not be returning. 🤐update: Jan. 17.26 After all this time, I feel so dissatisfied and disappointed 😞. They have these students who practice and mutilate dogs, which makes me believe they don't supervise them. But what really makes me feel angry is that they don't communicate if an accident occurs...

Amazing service, great communication and hospitality. ✨ My dog Maple was always anxious with hair trims and such, I was kept updated for scheduling and the procedure, along with discussing prices for hair and nail trims. It was our first time bringing our 6yr old pup Whiskey here and I must say I loved it! The service/treatment was really good and he looks very handsome! The prices are also good. Will be a regular from now on ^^

We walked in without an appointment needing help with a dog we were rescuing. He needed a bath, badly, as we were leaving the next morning back to the states. Even though they were fully booked for the day, they took in Tuco and did a fabulous job!! Thank you so much for your services! You all were so nice and accommodating for our situation!! A great reliable place that treated my Liz as a VIP! Great rapport with groomers Joshua and Gabriela…they did exactly what I asked and perfectly done.
