VCA Henderson Pass Animal Hospital

I took my cat to this VCA and had a delightful experience. Angie, the tech, is a true ray of sunshine. She listened to my cat’s ENTIRE history and built his life story with me. It was the first time I felt like my cat was Milo, and not just a number. She went above and beyond to make me BELIEVE my cat was in good hands- and he was. Thank you to this entire staff! ❤️

This was my first time getting a dog registered at a vet and I was very nervous but the employees were so nice and understanding even though I didn’t know much about the process. I had the pleasure of being helped by Angie and Dr. Haden and they were wonderful! I will continue to go here for all of my puppy’s needs, lots of love from Ranger, and I❤️

The staff here is amazing and very professional. Angie and Dr. O’Brien were great! They took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all my questions, making me feel confident in their care. What really stood out was their genuine concern for my pet's well being. The clinic was clean and well maintained. I highly recommend VCA on Thousand Oaks to anyone looking for top notch veterinary care. They truly go above and beyond!

I’ve taken my two dogs to the VCA Henderson pass for years. Because their service and expertise are superb. My dogs have aged incredibly well. Mini is 16 and Macey is 12. Some of that longevity I attribute to the great folks at VCA Henderson Pass. Becca always does an exceptional job making myself and more importantly my dogs feel comfortable with all phases of treatment. I would choose no other team to keep my dogs healths. I had been taking my cat Oliver here since I adopted him in 2021 for shots and check ups. They were always so gentle and sweet with him. Recently he passed away, and it’s been a really rough time. Everyone at the VCA was so kind and reassuring during such a rough time for me. They even sent me a card with condolences, and it really brought me so much comfort to know Oliver was loved by not just me, but truly by them as well.
