This review is for Maegan & it’s long overdue! Maegan has been grooming Layla for quite some time now, & I couldn’t trust anyone else with my Goldendoodle. I’ll share before-and-after photos because her work speaks for itself, she does an absolutely extraordinary job every single time. When Layla first started, she was very nervous, but thanks to Maegan’s patience & gentle, loving approach, she has completely come around & now genuinely enjoys her full grooming sessions. What I appreciate most is how attentive & communicative Maegan is. She always lets me know if she notices anything concerning, like a possible ear infection or even something small like a chipped nail. That level of care means everything to me!! We absolutely love Ava’s Salon, it’s the only place I trust with my girl!

I loved the grooming experience with them they made my dog look girly and cute with little bows for Valentine’s Day😍 she smelt amazing too!

I have used this service on a few occasions, however went to have my dogs nails trimmed. The inexperience as I watched the employee take less than 5 minutes never used the dremmel which was included in the price. I got home the nails were splintered and sharp. I would have returned, however my dog scratched my arm , being on bloodthinner I had to go to the hospital bleeding out for over 4hrs. I will never return to Avas' and insure this was the worst service. Not satisfied with this business.

I took my 4 month old puppy Ginny to her very first grooming and omgomgomg I can’t even stress enough how amazing they did. I 100000% recommend them and we will forsure be back in about 4-6 weeks Attached is a before you can barely see her eyes and although not the best picture you can see she just looks soo messy and after she is pure perfection. I am so happy with the service provided !

They are so friendly at Ava's!! Professional, really great with communication and appointment reminders, being flexible, and give our fur babies great grooming. They love animals, and they take really good, patient care of them. We're really glad that we found them! 😊😎
