The Sacred Bean is a cozy little shop, and how busy they get really amplifies that vibe. In true coffeehouse tradition, they handmake all of their in-house flavor syrups. Which are unique as well as flavorful. Finally warm enough this week for an iced blueberry basil latte, which pleasantly surprises me even the fourth time. On a cooler day, I like to cuddle up with a hot palo santo latte which is so unusual and delightful to have in your drink. Get your caffeine and your spirit cleansed all in one! The pasties are just to die for, still recovering from the loss of my cookie butter cruffin which was gobbled up with fervor on the patio. Great place to meet with friends, have a first date, get a bit of work done with lots of nice spots to actually sit and be comfortable. Absolutely love their rotating collection of local art for sale, especially Graphic Junkie! Their food selection has something for everyone and there’s nothing you couldn’t like, especially the bacon! I’m very picky about my bacon and The Sacred Bean is on my list. Vicy and Dan have done an incredible job curating and building this business and I am truly blessed to stop by a few times a month. Something I’ve noticed is that their employees look happy & always seem to be having a good time while they get through their rush. Mark of a sustainable healthy business.

This is one of my favorite coffee shops in Pueblo because of the atmosphere, the friendliness, and incredible lunches and breakfast. I’ve been getting coffees and pastries from Vickie since they had their mobile minivan, which served at different locations in Pueblo. The atmosphere allows you to enjoy casual conversation and the space has plenty of sunlight, along with a back patio that’s hidden away, but extremely relaxing. A must go to in Pueblo!!

I ordered Apple Cruffins and they are incredibly delicious! Made fresh daily. What a jewel of a place in Pueblo. The menu offers a wide variety of breakfast/lunch eats. Healthy to decadent! Ryan, a staff member helped me and was such a sweet guy. Pun intended

This was a must stop while I was visiting Pueblo for a conference! Incredibly friendly staff and amazing food and drink! I love that they have local art for sale that is reasonably priced. When you find yourself in Pueblo, be sure to stop!

After a long morning of driving and finding terrible coffee along the way, I'm so glad I got off the interstate to get coffee here. They have a huge menu, full of interesting flavors that you're not going to find other places. The staff is incredibly friendly, and helpful. Even though the place was packed, my coffee came out very quickly. And it was delicious! My only complaint is I didn't have very much time to sit around and enjoy the ambiance more. Every time I drive through Pueblo from now on, I will be getting off the interstate to come here.
