Absolutely loved the training my pup received here! Before starting, he was extremely impulsive, reckless, and constantly destroying furniture around the house. After completing his training program and working with such knowledgeable, patient staff, the improvement has been night and day. He’s calmer, more focused, and much easier to live with, and we’re so excited to continue with future lessons. Throughout the program, I received two videos plus photos of my pup every single day, which really reassured me that he was not only making progress but also being well cared for. It was clear he was in great hands the entire time. The trainers took the time to educate me as well, teaching me how to properly handle and continue the training at home, which made a huge difference. The program also includes three in person lessons, which has been incredibly helpful for reinforcing everything we learned. I was especially impressed with how safe and professional the facility is. The kennel tech staff is trained and certified in pet CPR, which gave me so much peace of mind while boarding. Especially since my dog takes daily medication. I never once worried about his safety or care. It is a lot more cleaner than other facilities we've visited. Overall, this experience exceeded my expectations. The staff genuinely cares about the dogs and their success, and it truly shows in the results. I highly recommend this training facility to anyone looking for real, lasting improvement and top tier care for their dog.

My pitbull cinnamon loves coming to love for dogs we did the 15 day board and train program and loved the results so much when ever we go on little trips we bring her here for refresh training and daycare as needed of course. We love that there an open play facility so my girl is always playing and hanging out with her pup friends! They even have playsets in there back yard so it’s literally a playground for dogs how cute! I have high confidence for boarding my dog here or just for daycare! The staff is so friendly and welcoming. I’ve been to other facilities but love for dogs takes the cake! I highly recommend!

I had a really bizarre experience with this business. My dog's main daycare is downtown (dogtopia) but we waned to have a daycare option in this side of town. I called to schedule a temperament test for my 1-year-old pitbull mix and immediately heard a lack of enthusiasm for my dog when I mentioned that he is a pitbull. My husband dropped Kirby off for the temperament test and he was thrown off when three staff members approached Kirby simultaneously with treats making our dog nervous. Also my husband mentioned that my dog was able to get loose from their grip on the leash twice before they were able to bring him back, which made the staff come across as nervous and inexperienced. We left our dog at the facility for a few hours while we waited for a phone call about how Kirby did on his test - we never received one. Later that evening we picked Kirby up as a family (we brought my 3 year old with us, Kirby and our daughter are besties) and upon entering we got what I can only describe as a dirty look from the woman working the front desk - no hello, no welcome - she just turned around and went to the back of the place. She came out with Kirby and who I think is the behaviorist (she did not introduce herself) and spent about 3 minutes telling us how Kirby is not a good fit for the daycare. She alluded to Kirby having aggressive behavior - he does not, he does get anxious around anxious people, though - I do too. She told us that he is not a good fit for this daycare and they handed us post it with the name of a trainer (?) and their phone number on it. They did all of this out loud in front of other customers who gave us a combination of concerned and judgemental looks. I don't know why social shaming was a necessary component to this interaction - most daycares I have interacted with (my dogs have gone to 7+ daycares over the years) tend to either call in advance or have a private conversation about behavior. Also, neither of my dogs have ever been rejected from a daycare ever. I was also confused that Love for Dogs recommended an outside trainer, since they advertise their dog training throughout their website. All of this is to say that my sense is that this business has zero customer service capabilities or professionalism in their staff, that they have some sort of bias against pit bulls, and that they have no interest in growing their business by engaging potential customers in a way that is helpful and proactive. I feel like we dogdged a bullet here.

We’ve had an amazing experience with Love For Dogs! When B’Olive was 7 months old, we started with a 15-day boarding and training program. The results were great, so last week we enrolled her in another 15-day program focused on obedience and agility. Training a pup is never easy, but the team at Love For Dogs made it feel effortless. They were patient, professional, and kept us updated throughout the process. This time, we noticed a big improvement—B’Olive learned new commands and behaved so much better than before. The facility is clean, the staff is friendly, and the training truly works. If you’re looking for a place that cares about your dog and delivers real results, Love For Dogs is the best choice!

This place is great. Came here for their 15 day training program and our dog loved it! They send you multiple daily videos which we loved. They even do arts and crafts with your pet! ( With a small fee) This place is on the opposite side of town but we will for sure be bringing Koda back! They took great care of him.
