Family Pets Veterinary Care and Acupuncture

This is our 3rd vet. First 2 were just patient mills that wanted your money without taking care of your pets. This place actually cares and they're very helpful. I love how easily we can get in. I love that of our dog's need a chiro, she can adjust them. I'm big on adjusting. Give this place a try please, you won't regret it.

My dog was very sick! I got bloodwork and other test done, they could not figure out what was going on with my sweet boy. The moment I showed any emotion and started to cry dr. Cyphers got up and sent in her assistant to basically tell me they’re sending me home with antibiotics bc they can’t figure it out! ( I will say the actual staff is wonderful) but dr. Cyphers seems to be in it for the money! My boy was barely 3 and obviously super sick and after spending $350 at her vet they didn’t even call the following day to see how he was doing ( he past away the next day) do not go to this vet until the doctor is replaced!!!!

Our 14-year-old Bichon Frise/poodle, Phoebe, could not be in better hands! I left relieved and reassured that her quality of life will remain good in the caring hands of the excellent doctors at Family Vet!

Great vet! Very dog friendly! Played birdsong in the exam room to calm my dog. Doc was kind and gentle! My dog felt safer because there was a bench she could hide under while we waited.

This place is amazing ! I’ve been with Wedington animal hospital for over 14 years and immediately wanted to change vets. Everything was amazing, from the staffs friendliness, the super cool decor ( namaste dogs), the vibe you just get going in. My dogs mean the world to me and I feel like I would feel just as good leaving my dogs in the care of you guys as I would myself ! Kudos ! This picture is her on the way home from her surgery the other day. Daisy is so lively and feeling so much better. Usually after surgery she’s groggy and stand offish. This was a nice surprise !
