Barker Shoppe

Archie (golden doodle) & Goose (aussie doodle) have been coming to the Barker Shoppe for months. We are always super impressed with their haircuts & have clean they smell!! We take them every 4 weeks & alternate between a full groom & a face/feet/fanny appointment.

I have a Great Pyrenees and we have came here twice now. Foster always comes out looking so amazing. I can tell their staff is dedicated to offering only the best for your dog! The first time I brought my pup in he hadn’t been professionally groomed in year because of my financials being so tight. They were so kind and understanding. Even helped recommend affordable places to get essential shots for my pup. I spend $150 for a full service groom and let me tell you that is so much less than I have spent at places like petsmart or petco. Give them a chance they won’t let you down. Thank you Barker Shoppe for helping get my old man a new coat for Christmas. 💕💕💕💕☺️😉

My dog can be a very fussy furball and growls a lot but he was well behaved and seemed to like it there. They did a great job at a reasonable price and he came home looking and smelling so good!! Bob and I will be back.

Absolutely amazing experience at the Barker Shoppe! The staff is so friendly, professional, and truly care about the pets they groom. My dog came out looking (and smelling!) incredible, the best grooming he’s ever had. They took their time, made sure he was comfortable, and even gave him a cute little bandana at the end! You can tell they love what they do and treat every pet like their own. The shop is clean, organized, and welcoming. I won’t take my dog anywhere else, Barker Shoppe is the best in Springfield!

The Barker Shoppe is by far the best groomer in SW MO! My dog has had issues with groomers in the past leaving her agitated and scared. The groomers at the Barker Shoppe worked with her to gain trust and now she has nothing but great experiences being groomed. She is a completely different dog. She now isn't scared going into her grooming appointments. These women always listen to my concerns and desires and always leave her looking better than I imagined. Undoubtedly the most hard working, talented, and dedicated place to take your fur babies. On top of this, I am so happy to be working with a business that works along Rescue One, a non-profit Animal Rescue in SW MO. Making such a difference in the lives of animals in our community.
