Very non emphatic and non self aware staff. Expensive. Even if you tell them and let them know that your pet is on preventives they make you take extra unnecessary exams just for the money. Better go to San Martin de Porres in Toa Alta. Top quality veterinary care without all the mess of extra exams they make you pay for! Also they manipulate you to tell you that it can be life or death if you don’t pay for the (unneserary exams that got nothing to do with the condition of my dog) Boiling in Anger. It was a female doctor. Don’t remember her name tho but yeah. Never going there again! !!!

Staff are e not to friendly, you get their at 8am they take you name and send you back to your car to wait for your turn in 90 degrees temperature and with 3 dogs Really!!! The doctors is a good one but they he fees are outrageous, $285.00 to clean one dogs teeth..🙆🏻‍♀️

Outstanding service.. Sterilized a cat that way abandoned . They really took good care for her. She was a bit sore due to her surgery. Her recovery was sooner than expected.

I volunteer with For the Love of Satos and take all of my rescues and my own sato to 4Patas. Everyone is absolutely wonderful, most are bilingual (if not fully then to an extent). Dr. Munoz and Dra. Benavent are very caring and sweet veterinarians who go above and beyond for every pet that comes into their office. They are extremely honest with their opinions in tough situations. They have helped so many of my 9 fosters, my friends animals (one having cats with feline leukemia), and I recommend them to everyone! They allow you to wait with your pet or drop them off. Their prices are EXTREMELY Reasonable, and compared to the prices I paid in Pennsylvania, they are considered very cheap. The receptionist and vet techs are always very helpful with my obnoxious amount of questions and will help any way possible. My Sato is a big baby when he has to leave me or get his nails trimmed and they not only comfort him but also handle it as if it is nothing. I have been to other veterinarians in the area but they are by far the best. They are very clean, the facility inside is beautiful and they will give your pets the best care! I promise the poor reviews are not true as I have been going there almost weekly with fosters and. my own dog for over a year. Do not hesitate to go there for all of your needs. They are even able to do titers for animals that have epilepsy and able to prescribe some medications other vets are not authorized to do. The prices are amazing, the staff is exceptional!!

U have to sign in. They only c about fifty patients (dogs, cats, birds etc.), a day. Prices r very reasonable and they really care about their patients and what they do. U can just tell. If in doubt just ask any, I mean ANY of their two legged patients (as I did), and any doubts will quickly b subsided. I thank my son (cheo), who without their help, well. I just pray I didn't waste precious time at "Cuatro Patas" and his new doctor at San Miguel can do miracles!!! Maybe ur experience at "Cuatro Patas" wasn't as severe as mine and ur experience there was pleasant, but with the gross miscare and improper management pito received, we were not so lucky.
