This place is a rip off and the employees are highly uneducated! Went in to purchase a rabbit and they wanted $150-$250. I asked the age & gender of one and they knew nothing. If you’re looking for one go to Craigslist we bought one for $25 and they knew the gender & age. Also I want to add the behavior of the cats was very suspicious to me, they seemed to be high on medication. Moving very sluggish & wobbly. I’ve never seen a cat act that way, This place needs to be closed!!

The team here really helps me every time I come in. They are very hands-on, knowledgeable, and assist me helping me pick the right product for my needs and my pet. It is rare today to see a business provide such great customer service- I highly recommend!

Nice place, but I felt followed around because I had a pet stroller. I evaluate many businesses in the area, so I very much notice the behaviors of employees. There was one employee in particular, I went one way and so did he MULTIPLE times! The pet stroller was open for crying out loud, and I was clearly showing my dog various toys to gauge her interest in them because you did not carry BARK branded toys which is what I was looking for. Try asking a customer if they need help, DO NOT follow them around.
