Horrible customer service had and appointment at vetco @8:30 it’s now 8:51 and no one is available to take my call and the office is closed. Customer service was no help and I have a sick 2 month old puppy that needs to be seen asap. You guys are wasting people’s time. I have to work just like you do! This is extremely in convenient I drove over 45 minutes to get here!

Some things are a bit overpriced but overall great for big bags of 🐈 litter. Only problem is they only have one or 2 bags of the "World's Best Cat Litter" (Large Granules) at a time so I have to make more trips than usual or find a different store to get it that is not convenient to travel to. Please stock up more.. Much appreciated. But it's a great place for furry family treats and toys.

I had a groom service scheduled for this past Saturday. I had the appointment for over 6 weeks. When I got to the store I was told the groomer wasn’t coming in and they would reschedule with me later that day. No one ever called me to reschedule nor was I called before making the trip. This is bad service. I understand situations happen but just dropping a loyal customer without making it right is a not how they should do business.

I’m very grateful to Dr. Andersen and Elijah for taking such good care of my dog. They kindly allowed us to come in without an appointment because of my dog’s serious condition, and I really appreciated their understanding. They provided excellent treatment that helped relieve my dog’s pain a lot. Thank you so much for your compassion and professional care!

In preparation for an upcoming appointment, I contacted the establishment prior to arriving to inquire about the cost of a rabies vaccination. Despite the high price, I requested that the vital care be applied to the total amount due to my dog’s urgent medical needs. During my conversation with Elijah, the employee, he immediately denied my request, stating that Vital Care was only valid for a complimentary visit. Consequently, I canceled the appointment. However, I later realized that my dog had accumulated $30 in rewards that could be applied to the visit. Upon re-contacting the establishment, I inquired about the possibility of using the rewards to reschedule the appointment, which was scheduled for the same time as my dog’s appointment. Unfortunately, they informed me that they had already scheduled another individual for the appointment, which seemed highly inappropriate considering our previous conversation. As a result, I am compelled to cancel my dog’s grooming appointment this week due to work commitments. This situation has left me with no choice but to reschedule the appointment for the weekend or tomorrow at 5:00 PM, which is unfortunately not feasible due to my work schedule.The rabies vaccination procedure was expected to be brief, and I had hoped to reschedule the appointment within a few minutes due to the lack of information I had received. Unfortunately, my attempts to rectify the situation were met with only apologies and refusals. Based on this experience, I strongly advise against visiting this establishment. The employee, Elijah, and the other employee present today demonstrated a lack of professionalism and basic knowledge of their duties. This incident has made this my first and last visit to this location. 0/10 would not recommend.
