Pet Supermarket

Its always clean and staff are friendly but stock on cat food is low for some brands. It was always sort of low, but now its common to have to make more than one trip to more than one store to find the food my cats eat. They say its a supply chain issue. Its been going on for a year and its getting worse.

How can a manager be sitting behind a desk working a night shift up front and tell another employee “I’m busy”? That doesn’t look busy to me, it looks like you’re being lazy and don’t want to do your job! We were waiting for over 30min just to get more information on buying a pet and then left because we saw her sitting around. You don’t deserve to be in that position and should find a better one who can show what a real manager is like.

Great staff, super friendly. The store was very well organized and it made things very easy to find. My son loves his fish. I am happy to return and recommend.
