Stunned they have high ratings. If I could give 0 stars, that would still be too much. Currently waiting for a simple Rabies Certification and I've been here for almost an hour AFTER the scheduled appointment time. If this wasn't absolutely needed to register my dog, I would have walked out. This is so wildly unacceptable from a business. 100% will be advocating for people to NOT use this Vet EVER!

We have been coming to Pet Time Animal Hospital for years, and every single puppy we’ve ever had has been brought here. The level of hospitality is consistently outstanding. From the moment you walk in, you feel genuine care and compassion. The doctors are absolutely wonderful—knowledgeable, patient, and truly invested in the well-being of your pets. The front-end technicians deserve special recognition as well; they are some of the sweetest, kindest people you’ll ever meet, full of love, empathy, and heart. Dr. Fry is, without question, one of the best veterinarians I have ever found in my entire life. Every one of my pets sees her, and I would not trust their care to anyone else. There is no other place I would take my animals. If you’re looking for a veterinary hospital that treats your pets like family, this is it.

Dr. Fisher is super understanding. Willing to listen as much as she informs. You are in good hands with her and her team. They have made all the difference for me and my senior dog.

We came to find Pet Time Animal Hospital by chance and desperation of needing surgery for our senior dog Chloe. We were welcomed by a wonderful front desk, attended to by compassionate techs, and seen by doctors who had such genuine care for our girl. My favorite aspect of their care was that they took time to call and talk at length about our dog's condition and whatever other questions I had at that moment. Sadly, her time arrived, but everyone was so kind and sympathetic to her and to us. If you are in need for your animal to be taken care of, then I would absolutely recommend Pet Time. They really treated us like family.
