Love the care my dogs get at Vetco clinics. The staff are friendly to both pet parents and pets

Although your customer service is poor, when I realized the mistake on my pets rabies certificate it was too late to have them fix while I was at clinic. With numerous calls to the customer service phone # with no response. I set up another appt to try and get the correction done. They helped me and I didn’t have to wait long for the updated certificate to be emailed to me. Thank you to the staff at the clinic at Niagara Falls Petco for all your help.

I felt like I was going to a free clinic even tho it still cost me $300. To have it set up in the middle of the store with bunch of dogs upset n in a long line just stresses the animals out not mention annoys all the customers actually trying to shop and walk around everyone. My appointment was almost 40mins behind schedule and when I try to reschedule for the booster there are no dates available at that location for a month. I would not recommend vaccination clinic to anyone unless they only needed like a rabies shot or one vaccine. Felt like my dog was on an assembly line and received no personal attention.

Easy to make appointment, and they send multiple reminders. Once at Petco, the staff was welcoming and efficient in checking in my pet. The vet and techs were great! Highly recommend.

My experience was excellent my baby Zuri did so great at her appointment. I was so proud of Zuri. Due to the friendliness of the veterinarians that so friendly and professional will recommend to my family and friends. Myself and friends thank you.👍🏾👍🏾
