Dr. So is the most caring person. He is truly very thoughtful, and an exceptional gentleman. Our dog received a magnificent service. The staff are well trained with courtesy, and customer service. They are very helpful, and recognizes the patients as we walk through their door.

My dog recently passed away and I’m still paying for his bills. I wanted a refund for unused medication that was added on and already had on hand before he passed but I never received a response from the receptionist and the vet about the vets error on making me pay extra medication which was not needed. If they had any human decency they would allow me the refund to help pay for my deceased dogs bill.

Dr. So is great. We had an urgent matter with our labrador and our regular vet could not fit us in telling us to go to emergency. This is the second time our regular vet has done this to us - Sunshine Vet really nice but won't accommodate you for urgent matters that come up. But Dr. So made the time to see us immediately and our dog did require surgery which we had Dr. So perform it since our regular vet would not make the time to see her. Our dog is doing great now. We really appreciate Dr. So being there for us and fitting us into his regular schedule. We'll be using Dr. So from now on.

My cat is 16 or so, the sweetest tabby named scamp. Scamp shed some weight so I took him in. The doc and staff are so nice, skilled w scamp and kind too. Glad we found them.

I took my dog Paris to the groomer on Friday May 12, I did not know who was the groomer at the time ,but later I was told it was Juan ,my daughter picked up the dog that day. I didn’t see it until it was too late. They were gone for the weekend ,they did a terrible job, butchering my dog shaving top of her neck to the skin ,from head to the middle of the back ,big deep line ,and on top of it they charge my daughter full price , I will never take my dog to the groomer again.
