(from Google)Small and big dogs both welcome together, which is sooo great for my iggy who loves to give the big dogs a run for their money! Super friendly and respectful dog community here
The dog park is too cultish. People forget that they are there for their dog but the conversation so it goes... it is just them implicitly talking about having a better life than you. I went for the convenience but to be honest, I had some intuition that something was not right because I was pushing away with my un-conscience; Every time I would go, I felt like it was a dread going the next time and the next and I thought I was just being lazy for just putting doggy TV on whilst I leave the house and that would be enough to socialize my dog. I admit, I was not thinking about my dog choosing the park. 9-5 job and again the park is less than 1500 meters from my flat. I mean there are nice people, very genuine people but then there are those people that just look down at you and see your dog and just hate your dog for whatever the reason. The park made me so insecure about my dog that I started to Google things like a person with an irrational mindset, "how to tell if people hate your dog?" or "How to tell if people are jealous of your dog?" In other words, "I'm crazy." But the other crazy thing is..there were no resources to tell if someone is jealous of your dog. I even got crafty and used "envious." Still nothing. For the dogs they are kinda having fun but they don't seem to be having fun. The park is literally a rectangle. It's like seeing Mona Lisa before actually going to the Louvre and then going to the Louvre and seeing Mona Lisa and to be honest, I honestly don't care if I can't use flash, just get me to CDG. There is space but a dog needs proper space and hills and adventure. This park is for someone that simply needs a bigger back yard. I would rather go to a dog park that requires you to neuter your dog. Speaking of neutering a dog, which is a very hard decision for anyone because at the end of the day you are having someone put your dog to sleep and they're missing something that once made them their lively hood. Anyways, my dog maybe 8 months at the time was apparently trying to hump another dog. Well, this person all Lululemoned out grabs and pushes my dog off their dog and was like whilst I look away for like 10 seconds and all I see is her hands on my dog when I turned back to only glimpse as my dog is removed from decent flight to down, "Your dog keeps trying to hump my dog?" However, she literally was having a life sesh with her bestie about some random noise they were making, almost like she was turning away just to monitor my dog slip up. I don't know, either a good observation or the antipsychotics aren't working anymore. I would never step foot in the dog park again. They hated me and my dog. I'm going to a ratchet dog park next time. I am there simply to wear my dog out so my dog does not scratch and tear furniture when I get home. I was not there to see your Lululemon logo so we can match eyes at our success. "Brenda Looking forward to Canada Goose Season in Dallas? The North Face is so you know....poor" *Fake besties now laugh*.. Even though I hate you. Shout out to the nice people I met: You will never see me again.
Great little dog park with a lot of shade any time of day. Not many dogs when we showed up around 11:30am. Fully fenced in with a few benches.
Great dog park with just the right amount of crowdedness both humans and pets. Dogs are friendly with each other and friendly with humans. I don’t have a pet myself but I love to dog watch. I stand sometimes for an hour or so watching as the dogs run around playing with each other. The park can accommodate plenty more pets. It’s about a square street block in size. Plenty of grass and plenty of places to dump dog poo.
This is a great park on a private property. They recently just revamped it so everything is full of grass now. People are pretty friendly here and their dog seem to be as well. There’s a good chunk of space for your pup to run around in and get socialized.
