I will be a customer for life! The owner is incredible and didn’t try to upsell at checkout; he waited for me to ask about memberships. Everything was clean and explained well before our visit as it was our first time at a place like this. He was understanding when my kiddos were more than ready to be home and got us out as quickly as he could. Very reasonable pricing, especially for sanitary trims/nails/etc. Highly recommend!

My rescue and I visited this location for a self service wash today. Palmer has some anxieties and everyone at this location was so incredibly helpful and made this an excellent experience. The set up was great, they had everything that we could have needed. They gave us the very last wash bin to help me isolate her just a little bit more. We did a drop in and there were great treats and toys to peruse while we waited just a very short while. One lovely woman in particular was just so caring! She was helping me to tie on my apron and was offering treats. It was just a really very nice!

I took my labradoodle to Pet Evolution for grooming, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! My pup came out super clean, fluffy, and perfectly groomed. The staff was gentle, patient, and clearly knew exactly how to work with doodle coats. The whole experience was easy, professional, and honestly the best grooming we’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend Pet Evolution if you want your dog to look and feel amazing!

We just moved to HR and have been looking for a better grooming location. Today we took our Frankie in and he did so good! The staff were friendly and eager to help us learn the ropes on using a self serve bath area. I think we found our new grooming spot! Next week we bring in baby sissy!

Staff is always very welcoming and helpful at Pet Evolution. Price for dog bath self service is very reasonable with everything provided and the store offers healthy treats and products for sale. We’ll keep going back.
