(from Google)Benches were occupied by who knows right next to where the kids play.... Tiny playground... Real tiny... 8 parking spots plus a handicap... No bathrooms... I guess you can walk around but you have traffic right next to you... Not for me but...
Nice and quite playground with tons of green open space. Only thing is not public restrooms
My husband and I brought our youngest to the park to play this morning 9/19/23. The park was small but she had fun with the slide. A few downfalls were... trash. It was everywhere. I brought a bag with me to clean it up a bit. The park is also covered in fire ants. 😬 we had to be careful to not step on them and we ended up leaving for those reasons.
Great park on a rather busy corner in Brandon. Playground is fenced in with a sandy base with swings for very young kids (safety seats not regular seats) and a multi-use play set with two slides, various activity stations, and climbing. There is a single sheltered picnic table that doesn’t seem to have a reservation system associated with it onsite but possibly online. There is a water fountain with doggie water at the ground level and people water up top which includes a spout for filling large bottles and/or thermos-like containers. Lastly there are two large open grassy fields for unlimited activities and opportunities. A very nice and quaint park right inside Sterling Ranch neighborhood.
Its a small but good park. Clean, and decent parking. Its geared more towards toddlers/small children. There are 3 slides and 2 toddler swings, no regular swings. There's also a balance beam and a picnic table under an awning. The ground is sand which my daughter loves.
