Unleashed by Petco

I recently visited Petco in search of better dog food for my furry friend, Chino. I was pleasantly surprised by the helpful staff, especially a friendly employee who took the time to guide me through the options. He recommended a few high-quality brands that I hadn’t considered before. I ended up choosing a new dog food that Chino absolutely loves! What stood out to me was not just the variety of products they offer, but also the staff’s genuine enthusiasm for helping pet owners make the best choices for their pets. I appreciate the personalized attention and expertise, which made my shopping experience enjoyable. Now, I’m not just feeding Chino better food, but I’m also feeling good about the quality of what I’m giving him. Nice staff and store, but they need a better system for booking the dog washes. Right now it seems to be a manual list behind the counter. Also the dog wash closes 1.5 hours before the store, so be aware of that.

They have great dog bones, food treats! And the doggie bath station is priceless! Easy and accessible tubs, CLEAN, blow dryer. And the staff are nice.

I’ve seen this store and never went inside until today. What a cute store! There is a $20 wash station within the store and they provide ALL of the materials. What tha WHAT, I couldn’t believe it. The staff was SO friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Natalia and she was AMAZING! Very energetic, professional and extremely helpful. There are so many items in the store for your fur babies. They have all the big box store name brand foods. They also have the items you need like a new leash, collar, treats. Since this is a Petco related store your same rewards will apply as well. I am a new customer, and will be a repeat customer from now on. If you are in need of any dog or cat related items, please consider the neighborhood Unleashed by Petco, you will not be disappointed.

I was disappointed with the self-dog washing station. While they offer shampoo, conditioner, deodorizer, and brushes, the quality of these supplies felt subpar. The products were watered down, and the towels were more like rags, struggling to effectively dry my dog. Luckily, there’s an unlimited supply of towels, so I could use more, but it still didn’t help much. The blower only blows cold air and didn’t do much to dry my dog’s coat. Even though an employee secured my dog in the tub, she still managed to escape. For the price, the quality of the washing station doesn't seem to match up. On a positive note, the employees were very friendly and helpful, and the store itself is clean with plenty of parking available.
