Dr Zach Talbot is AMAZING! He was very gentle with my little Harley and his injury, and did incredible work in taking care of him.

Dr. Palmer is the best medical care professional I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. The staff is very caring and attentive and they all know my pups by name. Five stars just isn't enough to describe this hospital. Thank you for everything you have done to help Gizmo over the years and especially your care and concern with the old guy's heart and liver issues these last 3 months.

Dr. Palmer is the most kind, extraordinary veterinarian I have ever had the pleasure of letting treat my beloved dog, Buddy. My Basset Hound has a complicated autoimmune disorder that causes degeneration of the muscles in his face and jaw. On top of that, we're often dealing with skin fold dermatitis due that is resistant to treatment. We go in monthly for Buddy's checkups to see Dr. Palmer exclusively. He spends as much time as needed to fully understand our concerns, provide guidance, and explain a concrete treatment plan fitting our needs. I have absolute faith in his abilities and guidance to provide the best care possible to enhance Buddy's quality of life in his senior years. We trust Dr. Palmer to be honest, yet compassionate about Buddy's status and health to continue to have a good, happy life for as long as he can. I cannot recommend this location enough. Even if its just a standard allergy shot or nail trim, the entire staff is kind, compassionate, and understanding. Please give my best to the entire Animal Care Roy team, as they are all superstars.

They tranqed my cat for a groom for the place next door they didn't tell me I had to pay for a exam so 185$ later and my cat is almost dead. Update.... they contacted me. Had me bring my cat in on Christmas eve. His internal temperature was 78.8 end of story they killed my cat. I paid for a vet check to make sure he would be ok. Well in return they put my cat to sleep for "free" I cannot even put lol after that. My cat suffered and died by their hand. I paid them to kill my cat. To be honest I believe they should at least refund my money so I don't feel so guilty about paying them to kill my cat. I paid them to make sure he would be ok... in the end I had to say goodbye to my service animal. Over FaceTime because i had a family emergency. Im not ok at all. I ended up having to come home because my husband feared for my safety so I paid for a plane ticket to get home sooner. Got home and on the 26th of December I held my dead cat at pets at peace. Paying for the cremation and urn for my loved baby.

Before the end of our visit today, this place was our favorite pet clinic. My husband and I agree that Dr.Zac is probably the best medical professional we have ever had the pleasure of meeting and we trust him with our cat’s life wholeheartedly. Today, we discussed the possibility for Dr.Zac to perform a challenging surgery on our cat instead of a specialist because of how much we trust him. Now, however, because of our experience with the receptionist at the front desk and their lack of professionalism to our problem we are considering looking for a new clinic. They charged us $37 for only 100 ml of Lactose and it was given to us in a paper bag and we didn’t realize until we were in the car that the bottle was only a third of the way full. On their own website, 473ml of lactose is $27.. our old vet was 473ml for $20. I was aware I was going to be paying $37 and assumed it was more expensive because we were living in a new state and maybe it was more expensive here but I was not aware we were receiving less than a quarter of the product. Once we took it out of the paper bag outside, I went right back in to make sure there was no mistake and I was told it was a 30 day supply and that was that. (THIS ISNT EVEN A 30 DAY SUPPLY, ITS A 16 DAY SUPPLY. 100ml, my cat needs 6ml a day total.. and paid $37 for 16 days worth and was lied to and told it was 30 days..) I got no understanding, woman with the blue eyes super quiet like she was judging me, just staring at each other until I decided to leave. We ended up turning our car around and going right back before we got home because of how ripped off we felt. When I went back in, I asked for a refund/return and made it clear that their own website is wildly cheaper then what they just charged me for a quarter of the product.. this thing should’ve been $5-$6… I paid $37 after tax… that’s absolutely robbery I’m sorry. I was told I couldn’t return it because I left the clinic.. but earlier I had went right back inside and made my problem clear and wasn’t offered a refund or solution and we were also back in less than 10 minutes when we actually left the clinic in our car. It’s ridiculous and what made us more upset is the lack of sympathy because the women at the front desks were looking at me like I was crazy and showed no understanding whatsoever. One of them said “I don’t choose the prices” that’s just like saying it’s not her problem.. so disrespectful. No apologies or understanding and passed the problem onto the manager who is out of office until Thurs. I asked to get a prescription for the website and for some non-reason that couldn’t be done either. That whole interaction and being met with judgment and making us feel out of line for having a problem with being charged more than their own website for far less product completely ruined our entire perception of this clinic and ruined our morning.
