We had such a wonderful experience at this pet store today. It’s so refreshing to walk into a small, non-chain shop where you can truly feel how much the staff cares. Both employees were incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. They took so much time with us, answered all of our questions without rushing, and walked us through everything we would need to properly care for our new guinea pigs. As first-time guinea pig owners, it meant a lot that they didn’t just try to sell us products and they really made sure we understood how to set everything up and what would keep our girls healthy and happy. You can tell they genuinely love animals and take pride in what they do. We left feeling confident, prepared, and excited. We will absolutely be back and highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest guidance and exceptional customer service.

First time walking in and I'm amazed! Very friendly staff and healthy array of fish, birds, and reptiles. Can't forget the unbelievably reasonable pricing!! Highly recommend getting your next pet here and all the necessary supplies.

I breed dragons so I’m always in here buying bugs and other needed items for my pets. They are the absolute best! So personable, always willing to give advice or help, great prices, and rarely out of stock with whatever I need. There isn’t a single person that works there that isn’t friendly and eager to help. Highly recommend for any of your animal supply needs!

The best pet store ever, period. I've been coming here since I was 19(17+ years), and the staff is extremely knowledgeable, and kind. It's a family business, and the atmosphere goes along with it. I commonly make the trek there from a good 50 minutes away just to grab some pet food and say hello. You guys are the best! Still love y'all!
