I walked in the store. I was expecting high high prices. Boy was I surprised. Excellent quality. Very clean store, well organized and super helpful staff. The customer service is exceptional. I got educated on stuff I didn't know about pet food and flea products as well as much much more. Adorable toys. This place was pet Disneyland. I am now buying my dog & cat food on repeat. Great quality and peace of mind your fur baby is getting the best. Don't know why I bothered buying anything from the grocery store. Prices were comparable even just a tiny bit more for peace of mind is priceless. The free delivery is awesome too. Support your local stores.

After our grocery run a couple of days ago, I noticed this place and what caught my eye was the cat trees. Right when I walked in I was in awe-they had way more items than I expected! We got a closer look at the cat trees and was amazed at how beautiful and sturdy they are! A little bit outside my budget but I'm hoping with my next paycheck I'll be able to get one of them for our little chonker! The staff were so nice and we bought our cats (10+yrs and 1 yr) a new litter mat since one was chewed. They also had samples and gave some recommendations after we talked about our cats. They gave us so many free samples! I was honestly so impressed with the ingredient lists and they explained each sample so well! I had put out some for our cats to try and they loved it! Never felt more excited to be in a pet store than here 😆 both of our cats gotcha day/birthday are in May so I just got a birthday discount email for them- I can't wait to get some birthday treats for them (need to beat this nasty cold first) 😸 I'm definitely shopping here for my cats and will recommend my parents here too (they have 3 huskies).

I’ve been in this store before and it seemed okay. Today we went in and I asked the young woman if there were any little sample treats for my small dog. She looked as if I had a horn growing from my head. She told me for $5 I could get four sample treats (A NW Naturals “flight”) but she could only give my dog a treat IF she could take a photo of her, I’m assuming for their IG/FB page. I’m not happy they didn’t ask permission to post the photo either. Like what??? You have to PAY for a sample???!!!! My dog is 12 years old and we’ve been to local pet stores across the country and this is the FIRST one that doesn’t offer your dog free samples! It’s great because she has ended up loving some of the samples she’s received and we have bought them on the spot. I guess this store doesn’t care about making sales. I have never been blackmailed to receive a sample for a photo. I thought it really sleazy to be honest. I’ve been in the Mudbay stores around WA and the minute you walk in the staff not only greets you but asks if your pet can have a treat. When you check out they offer your pet a little free bag of samples. My local pet store (on Fildago Island) has a little basket of samples for all pets. I felt as if I had to beg for one damn treat and it was a tiny Green Juju bite. She is addicted to Green Juju Beef bites and was looking for another one but nope only tiny one. I mean what pet store doesn’t offer pet treats and is shocked at a customer asking for one? Wow. I wasn’t asking for a free bag of treats just a sample my little dog looks forward to when she goes into a pet store. That’s okay, I will take my business when I’m visiting my son to Mudbay instead of receiving such stingy treatment for a simple sample. Sheesh. Regret making a purchase today after this, lesson learned. I definitely won’t be back here.

I was looking for a harness for a very small dog with a big belly. Other harnesses haven't fit well on her. The staff were very friendly and so helpful. She's a very shy girl, and they were so careful to make sure she was comfortable before touching her and helping put the harness on her. I was very impressed. I'll definitely be back!
