(from Google)No longer has a playground, just a few sad swings. Lots of empty space to run around in if looking for that. The last reviewer, from 2 years ago, must have been somewhere else entirely as I cannot reconcile his pictures with the area.
Nice peaceful shady walking track . It has several exercise stations next to the walking track. There is also a playground for the children with additional see/saws around the track. There is also an enclosed dog park. Fun for the entire family and Fido.
This park is not well maintained the slide is impossible for kids to go down the slide. Very grassy like it hasn't been cleaned. Wish they would upgrade this park like some of these other parks on the Southside along with that pool area that looks abandoned.
This city park has some playground equipment, an open field with a fenced backstop for softball, one small shaded picnic table with a grill, and a seated rest area for the bike path with a bike rack and drinking fountain.
The park doesn't have stairs leading to the slide. This isn't a good park for toddlers to enjoy. Swings were so high off the ground I had to jump to get on the swing and I'm 5'6".
