There are no words to express our gratitude for caring for Gator & Lola while we were out of town! They made a stressful situation into a calm and happy situation. They loved my babies as they were their own. My grand daughter loved watching their play time ever day!!

MPA staff and owners are incredible! So caring, easy to communicate with, professional, loving, compassionate, patient and hard working. Our rescue baby has some issues and MPA worked with our baby to make her feel comfortable and loved. So much attention and care. I highly recommend MPA for when you need boarding for your baby.

The staff here is amazing! Everyone is super-friendly and attentive. Our dogs love spending time here. They have stayed for a couple of nights, and as long as a week; and enjoyed their stays. The owners are extremely involved in the community and give a lot of their time to help those in need. We’re so grateful to have found MPA.

I love Mt Pleasant and am so grateful for them! I saw the negative reviews and I wouldn't give them another thought if you are considering trying Mt Pleasant. You will be lucky if you get on their schedule!!! Plan ahead! This place is amazing! They take such great care of the dogs and mine are so happy there and after I pick them up. I am so picky about who I will leave my dogs with. When I have plans come up, Mt P is the first place I call, if I can't get them in there, I seriously consider different dates. Dakota the larger of the 4 has really come out of her shell being around the littles and I see such value in their methods to help dogs to acclimate and be happy away from home. Most places separate my dogs for the day (which I am not a fan of). I can also bring whatever I want for them (toys, pillows, blankets, since I have 4 this is necessary, haha). On that note, the rooms they are provide w/ the little bed and water are so perfect! They do have their processes, but they must given what they are managing. Thank you to Judd and Thuy, I am grateful for your business!!!! I am a big fan!!!! Yes i hesitate to write this because I want them to have availability when I call (haha), but I must give them a shout out because I wish only success for them!!! Look at these pictures, I rarely ever see them all together like this when out of our home!!!!

I can't say enough about this place. They treat each of their hotel guests like their own pets. They spend a lot of time videoing each of the hotel guests. Someone is on-site 24/7, and they quickly answer any questions you have while you are away. My puppy loves everyone there (Alex, John, etc.) and gets very excited when they welcome him to the hotel. Each pet receives their own suite with a camera that you can access anytime. When planning a trip out of town, I first contact MPA to ensure my baby can stay with them. Judd and Thuy genuinely have a one-of-a-kind place.
