Prospect Lake Park

Really nice lake beautiful fountains but the amount of homeless people camping out in this park really bring down the value and there would be absolutely no reason to ever go here unless you were homeless and you needed a park to hang out in at which point if you are homeless and in the area and need a park to hang out in, this might be as good as any park in the area. Probably even better than some of the parks in the area, but it's still terrible that the city of Clearwater has such a homeless problem

Great little pond with lots of wildlife and fountains! Several species of birds and water foul. Actually I saw n heard a pair of osprey the whole 90 minutes I was there flying about over headb calling out to each other! Bus goes by every 15 minutes. Sidewalk surrounds the pond so it's a great place for walking or jogging as well. Don't bring your dog tho!!! Unfortunately the grass around the pond has got a bad flea infestation! Otherwise it's a great place to do yoga!

I took my significant other to play Frisbee golf and it was one of the best frisbee golf games I've ever had at any park hands down, give or take maybe a couple, you know, honestly. I will give kudos to the ground screw it was pretty clean. If I pass by it again I'll have fun thoughts and maybe even turn in and visit your wonderful park again.

Living 18 yrs,in a security camera,call box locked lobby. Safe and well maintained and kept updated with Fire and Buildind codes. New appliances ,A/c Stove and tile floors. Neighbors are background checked,friendly and for age 50 and over. Young ones still in the work force. Professional and caring Management Staff that enforces the No Smoking Rule allowed in Apt or on grounds. I am one of 2 of the longest living residents that resides here. We have a community room ,open 24/7 to play a,puzzle,put in a video from bookshelf,play a game with neighbor. and our Staff community holiday dinners and luncheon are served by our loving and caring Office and maintenance Staff. My church friends visit me as well as I do them.I enjoy games of scrabble and jin rummy tile games,regularly every week. Work orders are completed in a timely manner.The maintenance staff busy and polite. A condo of approximately 50 units,and neighbors gather outside daily out front or in the beautiful Lake Towne Park,for conversation and enjoying the outdoors. Smokers and non smokers may not always sit together, but their is a very homey like atmosphere, neighbors caring about one another. Being a small group. I love it here. Ralph Richards Tower is the Best.
