My puppy and I have been going to this location since 2021. Ms. Jewel has taken care of us for the past 4, going on 5, years! She such a sweet, kind hearted, loving person! I would recommend ANYBODY to Ms. Jewel! She provides exceptional customer service. I hope that PetsMart provides her with the recognition she deserves! Thank you Ms. Jewel for all your kindness throughout the years and for taking care of my puppy as if she were your own 💕

Great location! Everyone is super friendly and helpful—especially Aaron, one of the managers. We come all the time and the whole team is great! Always 5 stars!

Just bad scheduling practices. Dropped off at 1230 they said 3-4 hrs. Called at 430 and they said it wouldn’t be until 6. Had to pick her up since we made plans based on the earlier time frame. There’s another review on here saying the same thing. So I’m not a one off. Just sad to have our dogs in cages for no reason other than lack of good business processes.

Jewel is the absolute best groomer. She has a great positive attitude, and demonstrates pure love for the dogs. She remembered my dog’s name after I hadn’t been there in 6 months!

We have a Great Pyrenees, who is quite the challenge. Jewel has always done such a beautiful job. Highly recommend!!
