My home, my dog, and my Skin are completely violated because of the absolutely ridiculous recommendation from a person at the store. I keep my home 100% plant-based cleaners and soaps. We do not indulge 1 ounce of synthetic fragrance. I came in here to purchase unscented prebiotic soap for itchy dog skin. A small pouch of enzyme conditioner was pushed on me and disguised as something that's just a normal basic product without any fillers or fragrances in it. With an intention to treat the skin of a dog that's having sensitivities.... It is by far the stupidest and most ridiculous thing to sell this product that has an enormous amount of synthetic fragrance in it as something to help treat sensitive skin and allergies. I thought it was a safe assumption that this was not going to be the case. I tore it and put it on the dog before being able to smell it and we are now inundated with this disgusting taxi cab air freshener, stupid synthetic fragrance that has completely ruined not only the bath, but my entire day as well as as I continued to battle these synthetic odors. Grooming 100 pound dog takes a half of a day and I'm never shopping at the store ever again after this ridiculous situation. I've had to scrub him three times over with more shampoo to get the smell out along with myself and my home. I didn't even rub it into him and it was that potent. Absolutely ridiculous ..... not to mention the fact that it's spring and dogs are continuing to have allergy problems.

Selection and service are great. Cat owners, beware of this toy. It unraveled within a few hours. This can and will easy wrap around a cat's neck , head/mouth or legs. I notified the store but never heard from them.

Everyone here is just so friendly and helpful. I was having trouble finding the right diet for my dog, and every time I came back they took products back no questions asked and helped me find another solution. This is definitely my go to place for pet supplies! And I love supporting a local business!

Finding a rain coat that fits width and length of a mini doxie through online orders was challenging. At salty’s, friendly front desk staff was super helpful, and found the perfect coat for my dog in less than 5 minutes. Loved that I was able to try different coats on before purchasing. He’s ready for our hot girl rainy PNW walks now 😜

The staff here are very helpful. I still don’t have a pet of my own yet but will do soon. I came by and ask lots of questions regarding the needs of puppies and was help very throughly. The staff was very patient and did not mind answering the many questions I had. Very excited for the day that I get my puppy and will definitely get all my puppy food and treats here.
