There simply aren’t enough words to express how grateful I am for Amy, John, and the entire Happy Tails team. Dax has been coming to Happy Tails since he was just 12 weeks old, and after all these years, they still never fail to amaze me. From the very beginning, they have loved him like he was one of their own. Every time he walks through those doors, he is greeted with excitement, affection, and genuine care. As a dog mom, there is nothing more comforting than knowing your baby is not only safe, but truly loved when you can’t be with him. Whether it’s playtime with his friends, digging in the sandbox, cuddles, or simply being part of the Happy Tails family, Dax is always happy, confident, and completely at home there. During a particularly stressful week for our family, seeing the photos and videos of Dax having fun, making friends, and enjoying himself brought me so much peace. It reminded me once again why we trust Happy Tails so completely. Amy, John, and their team have created something truly special. Their dedication, kindness, and love for the dogs shines through in everything they do. Dax absolutely adores them, and so do we. We’ve taken our goldendoodles to Happy Tails for the last 5 years, and we truly cannot say enough good things about Amy and the entire staff. They are by far the most caring, thoughtful, and compassionate team we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. One of our doodles, Charlotte, has a very anxious personality, but she absolutely goes wild with excitement in the car when she realizes she’s heading to daycare. That alone speaks volumes about how loved and comfortable she feels there. We always know our doodles are being cared for as if they were the staff’s own pets. More recently, our oldest doodle, Pyper, has slowed down quite a bit due to age and health issues. Amy and the grooming team have gone above and beyond to accommodate her needs with so much patience, kindness, and understanding. We are incredibly grateful for the level of care they’ve shown her. I recommend Happy Tails to anyone looking for daycare or grooming services. Your pets will be loved, spoiled, and treated like family.
