That need to replace that lady infront rude and know it all no help at all

They took every single one of my cat mom concerns seriously & treated my cat with kindness. They even gave her a Churu!😻

The Fort Bliss Vet needs service improvment. The available access and customer service is poor. I have contacted them three times amd there is always an excuse to not schedule an appt. The last two attempt March- NO APPT Available; July - no appt available til Sept due the SGM academy per Ms. Tracy, but the Sept schedule is not available and no appt can be scheduled. She goes on to say, the workimg dogs, the food and the SGM-A is the priority, then peoples pet. She offered no sound recommendation, compassion, or assistance, other than you can go off post. Why advertise this as a service to the Bliss community in vain.

I went to them in a rush to get appointments for my cat when I found out we were going to Hawaii. We had 2 weeks to get our orders and everything else ready to go. Hawaii requires a lot of paperwork and a test. They helped me out so much! They scheduled us ASAP, handled my cat well, and are also knowledgeable on overseas travel with pets!

Took my dogs here in 2009-2013, excellent care. We are moving back to the Fort Bliss El Paso area, called to ask a few questions. The person I spoke to regarding my questions was able to answer and clarify what I needed to know.
