I have taken my small Aussie poodle mix here for a groom a good handful of times, and frequently shop the store. Our last experience was very lacking. We asked to keep her long since it’s winter, they cut her incredibly short all around. We had specified we wanted the top of head just trimmed but that was chopped completely off too. Her tail was kept very long with one snip at the very tip? They mentioned she had matting on her back legs but not close to the skin. Unsure why that couldn’t just be cut off. She has enough hair for 100 other poodles so a missing patch is whatever in comparison to her being cold when walking. If all her hair had to be cut that’s fine too, but to not explain that and also give her back with a choppy unblended cut is not good service. We paid $140.00 for her to look crazy and have to wear sweaters every day. Received a call back from the manager days later, they said they would check in with their staff and email me but that never came. It’s been weeks since her groom.

The technician was excellent and very fast. Abby is a shy dog but took to her right away! I just did the nail trim as a test to see if Abby could handle it. I’ll be booking her for a full grooming session soon! Loved it!

This was Fiadh first full groom and they took very good care of her. Giving her breaks to make sure she was able calm down and have a good experience. Her cut turned out so cute! ☺️ I was not prepared for the different dog I was going to get! lol Also, the staff was very helpful and gave me some good tips for continuing care for her coat.

First time client and I’ve already rebooked! I have an anxious beefcake of a dog, and the groomer today was fantastic, I feel bad I didn’t get her name. She was calm and kind and reassuring, and even entertained my 9 year old while she worked! Absolutely delighted with her service.

Our Penny is a Shih Tzu puppy who never had a haircut. We saw that Daisy likes to groom Shih Tzus in her profile so we signed up with her. We brought in a picture of a style of cut we liked. Daisy did such a great job of matching our expectations. She was also kind and Penny took to her immediately. We are so psyched that we have a groomer we love that works close by. Thank you Daisy. You’re amazing!
