Services I received: Preventive evaluations, vaccines, urgent care for elderly dog ( included imaging and labs) Excellent service, usually wait time is not long. Prices are normal but they are always transparent on cost. Staff is friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone with a pet.

Our experience with Dra. Sofia Perez was superb! My friends and I spontaneously rescued a sato from the rainforest and Dra. Perez saw him right away on short notice, getting him all the care and meds he needed to get healthy and smoothly travel to his new home in NYC. Pinto had never been indoors or examined by a veterinarian, so he was very frightened but the clinic staff all made him feel welcome and calm. The next time we came back to get his travel paperwork he wasn’t nervous at all, which goes to show how great the team did at making his first vet experience a great one. They also helped me as a new pet owner get set up to travel and turned around all the necessary vaccines and paperwork on a tight timeline so we could make our flight. Pinto’s first flight was seamless thanks to Dra. Perez’s prescription sedatives and advice. Thank you for being so kind, gentle, and accommodating with my Pinto 🧡 We recommend Dra. Perez and this clinic to any pet lovers, and in particular anyone rescuing animals in San Juan!

Great staff, we brought our rescue dog and the staff was very accommodating. we didn’t wait much for the vet and had a good bathroom. DMV Sofia Perez treated our pet. She was great, very patient and understanding. Helped calm the dog with various treats and was gentle(since it was its first time at the clinic). She was very helpful and provided a lot of information to helped our friend travel with her rescue dog back home.

It’s really clean and organized, the prize range may be considered normal and they are pretty quick in providing service. My dog is very hard to handle, but they manage to do it pretty well
