(from Google)I have been going to Warner Vista for over 15 years now and absolutely love Dr Jake and staff. We currently have 3 dogs under their care and one has had some complications. Dr Jake explained to me all my options for treatment and what the chances with those options could look like. 2 options are very costly(radiation), 1 was iffy at best and the final option was to put my dog down. Dr Jake did not pressure me to go with any option but gave me his professional opinion and educated me on my options. The staff was so compassionate with me as I was deciding what was the best option for me and my dog. I can happily report that 4 months later, we are not out of the woods, but I have a very happy pup and I don't owe Dr Jake a month's salary. I can honestly say that if Dr Jake would not have explained all my options to me, I might not have my pup today. Thank you soooo much Warner Vista, you truly understand pets being family!
Warner Vista Animal Hospital stepped up when we were in a tough spot. My dog was panting heavily and seemed bloated, I knew something was wrong. Our regular vet was too busy and couldn't get us in until the following week, but Warner Vista treated it like the emergency it was and they were able to get us scheduled withing a day. The entire team was incredible. They walked me through everything, helped us get sorted, and made sure my dog got the care he needed right away. They were accommodating, kind, and did everything they could to get us in as quickly as possible. When you're dealing with an emergency and your pet isn't acting right, having a team that actually cares and moves with urgency is everything. Really grateful for Warner Vista Animal Hospital. Highly recommend.
Modern veterinary care often prioritizes high-profit procedures over efficient diagnostics. For example, jumping to a $1,500 ultrasound before performing a basic blood test feels like predatory upselling rather than sound medicine. Furthermore, the lack of basic aftercare instructions is unacceptable; I had to research post-visit monitoring (like checking stool) myself, while the clinic simply pushed for more expensive X-rays. Be careful out there!
Went in there with my 14 year old girl that has a large fluid filled cyst just asking them to drain some if not all of the fluid to give her some relief. There was no sense of being welcome right off the bat. Their personal home life conversations were more important than fixing errors made on our paperwork I told them about. Sat in the office for 27 minutes. Sat in the room for another 33 minutes. Nurse came in with such a critical vibe from her tone and facial expressions. After what felt like 5 seconds she left and dr came in 5 minutes later and Holy smokes he was SO rude, gave looks (not positive) towards me when giving history, the way he spoke was belittling and inconsiderate only to tell me they need to take a sample ($250) and send it to the lab. I denied. I asked again just for some drainage since shes so old and dont need to waste time on lab work just need immediate comfort and was told no. So we walked out a woman at the desk had the bill ready and tgats when I realized they truly are only there to take your money and clearly don't actually care to help find any possible alternative. 0/5 do not recommend
I've been going to Warner Vista Animal Hospital for 7 years. I brought three dogs and a cat here for various reasons. They're always friendly and they really care about the animals. Dr Jake did my German Shepherds neuter, and he was fantastic all the doctors there are amazing.
