Garbage customer service. Treated as if I was an inconvenience twice in the same week at the North Bryant store in San Angelo. Twice. One item, which was in stock per website. In stock per employees, but it was too difficult to get from a pallet on day one. Then, after returning per employee advice after five days , it is still not displayed and is still too difficult to retrieve. I suppose if I did a pickup order, they would retrieve it? Hard to say it’s for ‘Life out there’ when you can get life right in here.

I love this store, especially Renee, the assistant manager. The only thing I wish could be added is the Mazuri Green and the Mazuri Gold pigeon food. It's the ONLY feed I will use for my white homing pigeons because they love it and don't waste a single pellet. Costly, but with no mess or waste, it's worth it.

The assistant manager renee was more than helpful! All the employees at this store are awsome! I just love this store! Always helpful and never hard to find help if you need it!

People are helpful and provide excellent service, prices are usually fair or better compared to local competition, store is clean and so are the bathrooms. Would recommend for ranch/farm and garden supplies plus some nice surprises now and then

Clean and well kept. Better than average selection. Obviously a larger and newer location. Staff was friendly and helpful.
