If zero stars were an option, that’s what I’d give. The two individuals who run this place are extremely unprofessional and should not be operating a facility like this. The environment itself is unacceptably unsanitary. I strongly encourage anyone considering this location to do a thorough walk-through before leaving their pet. Personally, I would recommend choosing another option.

My dog always leaves with poop on his paws and ears, it’s disgusting. This place is gross, do not take your dog here, I heard some pretty terrible accusations. It’s just gross, I have been late to work multiple times because the doors are still locked past 7am. It’s disrespectful to be late and make other people wait especially when we are paying for a service.

So today we dropped our 7 month old puppy off for daycare. I have never been so impressed! The facility and staff is amazing. They make you feel like family from the inception. You know you are in the right place when the pets are coming in for the day and spinning with excitement to be there! The new owners are amazing. I have a strong feeling we will be lifetime customers.

Here is my updated review. We have been extremely happy with boarding our 45 lb dog. She is calm after being kenneled and did well with her first professional bath! She is happy to go every time and is making her first dog friends. When house sitters cancel and dog walkers are busy, Klub Kanine is there!

Brittany has groomed both of my dogs several times now and they love her!! She’s amazing! So is the other staff that I’ve interacted with! My babies are always happy when we get there and leave nice and fluffy! I can’t imagine taking them anywhere else! She is great!!!
