Petland Charleston

Jacie was super helpful to us as we navigated through getting our little Pekingese boy from Petland today! We were excited to bring him home, I'd been looking at him for a couple weeks now.

Absolutely amazing experience. Andrea H. went above and beyond, working with me through the ups and downs to make sure I got to take home my new furry family member! She has definitely earned a spot on the Christmas card list for life! Thanks so much to her for all her help, guidance, and dealing with my crazy like a pro! She's a true gem! 💎🐶

What really irritates me is that they are housing bunnies together there was one dwarf mixed in with regular rabbits we was going to purchase the dwarf because it said bunnies 79.99 we had everything ready to check out well over $300 worth of things and they look at us and say that is a deluxe so he is 199.99 which was incredibly unfair because he was not housed separately away from the other bunnies that was priced at $79.99 so therefore we had to say no and leave I think this is a huge miscommunication on Petland's part and it's unfair to the ones that gets price gouge at checkout. Do better.

The quality of care they give to their animals is amazing! They love these pets like their own, and go above & beyond to make sure all living creatures are well cared for, loved, and happy. They are helpful on the floor, kind & respectful to everyone, both costumers & staff, and knowledgeable. They have a variety of goodies available on the floor to choose from, and the location is easily accessible. Would absolutely recommend stopping by, whether you are looking to adopt a puppy, or shopping for supplies.

Great Visit to this Petland. Andrea was very friendly and fantastic to help with and questions that we had and was also very helpful in allowing my daughters to play with the puppies. The only issue that I found was they did not have any fish at all which was why I went in there but I was very pleased with everything else and glad that Andrea was there to help with everything else for my dog. The also had quite a few very cute puppies that wasn’t crazy expensive.
