I went in right at open to bathe my dog and Claudette was there to greet my dog and I. She was so kind and helpful. I hadn’t been in a few years so I needed some reminders on things and she was able to walk me through everything. Any time I had a question she was right there ready to answer, I don’t know how she did it when she was also helping 4 other people! All I had to do was look up and she was on it to help me. I love this place and the staff is so great.

What an excellent concept. Everything you need to bathe your dog: shampoo, brushes, towels, aprons, tall sinks, dryers, even treats when you are done. No more stooping over the bathtub and messing up your bathroom. In and out with a clean pup in 30 minutes. All self service. Sooooo worth it!!!

I’m so happy there are small businesses like this! The set-up is perfect and lots of different shampoos and brushes etc. They have different size / access tubs for all different dogs. Really nice atmosphere too and we’ll be back!

I've taken both of my dogs to the Forest Hill location on two separate occasions now, and both times the employees and the owner Jennifer were amazing and very helpful! We're seriously considering becoming members. They have everything you need to groom your dog... shampoo, conditioners, under & over coat brushes, a dryer, towels, scissors to trim paw pads or whatever you may need to trim. The only reason we haven't joined yet is because we'll still have to take them to a place that will trim their nails. For some reason, they'll let groomers trim them, but they buck around like a buckin bronco when we try. (They're weird, but smwe love em lol) If you've read this far, I suggest you at least go and check them out! 10/10 would recommend, it's very convenient!

I had never been to crittertown before But my 1st experience was absolutely wonderful! They have a small shop in the front offering treats and different items for your pets and 8 different bathtub situations in the back . You literally just need to show up with your pet. They supply absolutely everything! The staff was incredible and extremely helpful. They offer waterproof aprons, scented shampoos, medicated shampoos, conditioners, and lots of brushes and combs. I did not have to wait at all and it was literally the 1st time that I had been able to bathe my huge dog comfortably in years. Each station has a blow dryer, they also provide towels. I was so impressed that I went home and got my other dog and went right back the same afternoon with her.
