Pet Supplies Plus Carrollton

Ashley and the manager are the worst. My dogs nails were not cut. Her tail has a huge spot on it. That she has been licking. I honestly feel like they did something to my dog. She did not smell like she had a bath. I will never take my dog back to them. They are horrible and I do not trust them.

This store has a nice variety and the staff is always super friendly and helpful! However there is one thing that takes away from its value: THE PRICES. The prices are on the high side, which can be understandable….. But double to TRIPLE the price for the same exact product thats at walmart is just insane. Many of the important items like shampoo and various medications are double whats on the market. It comes across like greed, especially when products reach 3x the market value. Ex: medicated ear drops Walmart- $11 This store- $31.98 or 25.98 ( the tags were confusing) Either way this is OVER double what can be found less than 1 mile down the road. I am NOT a frequent walmart shopper but I have had to go often just to avoid paying double what I should here. You can get an entire set for what they are asking, and that is just ridiculous.

Both times I have ordered from here I have had issues with an abundance of dead crickets in my bag. The first time I ordered crickets, I asked for small/medium crickets and got only larges on the day they re-stocked crickets. And, on top of that, half of the 25 I was given were dead. I ordered crickets again today for small and mediums, I only got smalls and ALL of them were dead when they arrived to me. I called the store and I was told that they were all alive when given to the delivery person.

I absolutely love this place so much. The place is very clean. All the animals look so healthy and I see them being taken care of so much. The employees literally love these animals so much and they take good care of everyone! I’ve always gotten all the help I’ve needed and they’ve always had the things I needed or gone above and beyond to help me with things Moving to Carrollton years ago, I didn’t know what pet store to go to And I came here and ever since I have never turned my back against Pet Supplies because it’s just amazing quality and amazing service every time! A very clean Facility! Highly recommended, coming from a pet owner of 41 chickens/ ducks, 7 dogs and 6 cats, 4 budgies, as well as 8 Goats! Especially love the help of Christina!

If I could leave this place a zero review I would. They have two ball pythons living together in the same tank. One is so mean the other one won’t even come out of its hide. Fish tanks look like they haven’t been clean in a month. Dead fish floating in the tanks. This is animal cruelty. Nasty shed in the leopard gecko tanks ( they eat there shed ) assuming the geckos are sick. I wouldn’t purchase fish or reptiles from here if I was you. Store was good before they hired the new general manager.
