We were ignored by a particular blonde associate on the floor. Waited about 30 minutes and was told there was some one in front of us when we saw them walk up. We wanted to adopt a kitten but seeing that no one ever acknowledged us, we left

Not the most accommodating and a lack of customer service. I’ve typically had a great experience with petsmart but will not be returning to this location.

Spectacular service and my dog was pleased as well. I highly recommend this location.
