Clean facility, smells good, staff is friendly and you can tell they love the dogs. Our dog loves going there.

I’ve never used a doggy daycare before, but I found a great place for my oversized puppy Phoebe. The folks that work there are genuine, friendly and treat pets with love and compassion. We used their taxi service, so it was a seamless experience all around for Phoebe. She seems to have enjoyed herself. They also send by email a visit summary/report card complete with photos.I’m very happy we found Metro Animals.

Becca does a truly great job with pets. She’s gentle, patient, and clearly knows how to make animals feel comfortable and safe. You can tell she genuinely cares, and that makes such a difference. AM

I love Metro Animals Plano. I take both my dogs for grooming and boarding. The employees are the best. They remember my babies and clearly truly love and enjoy the pets they take care of. I never thought I'd feel so comfortable leaving my babies in boarding, but my dogs enjoy being there and I have peace of mind that they are being loved very well. We've been coming to this location since it opened and I've never not had a positive experience. I've even got my best friend bringing her dog for day care and boarding! Highly recommend this place. I also really enjoy getting the report cards at the end of every day of their stays. It includes pictures and activity reports. :-)

I was so impressed by the staff at Metro animals. And my pups loved them also! I appreciated their genuine care and excitement when they saw my dogs come for grooming. The groomer provided the best consultation I’ve ever received and it showed me that she really cared and knew what she was doing. They also let my pups participate in a holiday Craft that the daycare dogs were doing that day. It was super sweet and I can’t wait to bring my dogs back there again because they look great and we’re so happy!
