My dogs are treated like family! They are always excited to see Shay, Fran, and Kiki! Their hair always looks great and they smell delicious. Plus we use them for their boarding service and they take such good care of them!

I took my Newfy Gus, to Fran for the second time, and He does such an amazing job. Gus is a big boy, and gets tired standing for long periods, but Fran makes it work, and Gus always looks, feels and smells great when I pick him up! I would recommend Pretty Bytch to anyone looking for looking for an excellent grooming service. Fran and his beautiful family truly take great care of the pups! Thank you guys! ❤❤❤

The owner, Shae is one of the kindest, people centered people I’ve met. She’s respectful and really cares about people and animals. She doesn’t bill until after services rendered. She’s in time and when running a bit behind she lets me know well in advance. My dog comes back beautiful and happy.

Shay did an amazing job grooming my baby Cesar! She is so sweet, I trust her with Cesar. The mobile grooming is so convenient and he gets to stay close to us. I used to take him to PetSmart, but we had negative experiences there with his grooming (he’s gotten a cut that needed staples and he caught kennel cough on another visit). I’m happy we found Glitz n Glam! Let her know how you want your dog groomed and she will get it done 😊 Thank you for loving and taking care of my baby! He’s a good boy 🥰

Exceptional customer service! There were some problems on the day of our appointment but Shay and Fran went above and beyond so our furbaby, Chewy, can get his grooming done. He has never looked this happy after a grooming session! Very pleased with our experience!
