(from Google)Michele and her team & Theresa at P's and Q's are absolutely phenomenal. No exaggeration, the best in the business. I've been with her through the lifespan of my very first dog all the way now on to my 4th. I began going to her at the very beginning when she first started out and have been a loyal grooming customer for YEARS. Watching her grow her business to her new beautiful location was really no surprise bc when you're that good, there's nowhere to go but up. She GENUINELY cares about relationship building, being the best at her craft, and the love she has for animals is apparent. She's fair and communicative. I trust her with my fur babies exponentially and would follow her anywhere!!! Thank you Michele! Side note: If I didn't already have my dedicated dog sitter I would also with no hesitation board them at her new facility as it looks amazing and everyone is so professional. * This is an honest genuine review that was not asked to be given, just when kudos are due, they're due 👏
Can’t say enough great things about this place. They are absolutely wonderful with my Bernedoodle who can tend to be anxious with grooming. Thank you for being patient with my baby and for making this doodle mom happy. ♥️
Highly recommend! Especially Michelle! We took our 6 month old Golden Mountain Doodle in for a full makeover… and we got that! Michelle handle our little girl so well. We will definitely be staying here going forward. We are so pleased with the whole experience. 😃 thank you Michelle for taking good care of our Ollie 🐾
My wife and I can’t say enough wonderful things about P’s and Q’s Pet Resort. We had a trip planned for the holidays but didn’t want to put our pups through the trauma of flying in cargo, and we are so happy we didn’t. P’s and Q’s exceeded our expectations. Our dogs were able to have their own beds, blankets, and toys in their room giving them a bit of extra comfort while we were gone. Their suite had an outside patio along with a TV and fresh water. The staff gave them daily ice cream every evening, and even made a delicious Christmas meal for them on Christmas Day. We loved receiving the report cards every day, complete with photos and a 24/7 camera inside the suite. Our favorite part was the extra care and attention the staff gave to our babies; they didn’t just feed them, they snuggled them and actually interacted with them (both outside as well as in the suite). Thank you so much for your service and for going above and beyond to take care of our pups. We will absolutely be back and will continue to recommend to everyone we know! ☺️
BEWARE of P’s & Q’s!!! STAY AWAY! We’ve been repeat customers of P’s and Q’s for some time now, this place was recommended by our good friends. We not only get our dog groomed here, but we have boarded him here several times and never had any problems, until today (7/12/25) I dropped Bear off this morning to get groomed and specifically asked for the teddy bear cut, to my surprise when I picked him up my dog was completely shaved down. After drop off, the front desk texted me stating that they needed to “go shorter” due to his hair being matted. I said okay, I understood that he was matted but, SHORTER and SHAVED are TWO very different things. I came in for pickup, they had me pay first ($150) and then brought my dog out. When I tell y’all my jaw hit the floor when they brought my dog out….. I cannot. I couldn’t even recognize him😭 I expressed to the front desk staff that I was very unpleased and I wish they would’ve communicated better or at least given me the option to come pick my dog up, brush him out myself and then maybe reschedule his appointment. But instead, they completely shaved him down leaving him looking like this. I asked if I could speak with the manager and the front desk told me that the owner (Michelle) was in and that she would come out and talk to me. She did, but did absolutely nothing to fix the situation or take any accountability. Instead, both the groomer (Samantha) and the owner kept suggesting that we go to our vet to get him calming medication before bringing him in next time (we’ve never been told this) I again, expressed how unhappy we were and that we were repeat customers and I really just believed it was fair that I be refunded the full amount considering the circumstances and she refused to give me my money back or even offer up a credit. As a business owner myself, this SCREAMS horrible customer service! As you can guess, we will never return back there, but I wanted to put this post out to beware other pet owners to stay FAR away from this place. They clearly don’t care, just in it for the money.
